Because our products are highly customized, we do not offer returns or exchanges on Steam Decks that have been personalized in any way (e.g., hardware upgrades, software modifications, custom skins, etc.). All custom modifications are made according to your specifications, and as such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the customization process has begun.
If you decide that you want to revert your Steam Deck to its original factory state, we can re-install the original software or hardware for you. However, please note that a fee will still apply to perform the modification, regardless of whether you are returning to the original state or changing to another customization. The fee covers the labor and materials required to perform the reversion process.
